Gabriela Caminos was born in Caracas, Venezuela to African American/ Puerto Rican and Spanish/ Filipino parents. Her transition to the USA was met and made easy with her love for music as she trained with the cello for 7 years and sang in the church band and choir. She was raised in Houston, Texas along with her twin and older sister, who also share her love for music and the arts.
Gabriela has frequented many dance events and festivals of different genres. Her appreciation for Afro-Latin culture and music is deeply rooted with her heritage. This monumental interest has pushed her to become accomplished in Bachata, Cha Cha, Kizomba, Salsa and Samba.
