HOTEL RESERVATIONS
- We have 14 days return policy. You cannot return your pass after 14 days from purchase, for whatever reason (including emergencies).
- Passes purchased later than 23.10.2019 may be returned only until 3.11.2019. By picking up your wrsitband at the festival office you automatically block the possibility to return the ticket.
- The refund will be sent to the buyers account within 14 days from the refund request, in amount and currency of the purchase transaction according to the confirmation received from Dotpay Settlement Center after the purchase.
- You can resell your pass and change the name of the owner of the pass only ONCE and not later than on October 31, 2019. A repurchased pass may not be resold again to another person. Such passes are not subject to 14-days return policy.
- Changing the name of the pass requires a SURCHARGE of 90% of the difference between the price paid by the first owner and the price as of the day of the notification about the change and the payment..
- To resell your pass you need to send the data of the new owner to registration@salsafestival.pl.
- The organizer does not mediate in the search of new owners of repurchased pass.
- It is possible to change a type of your pass as long as it is a similar type or an upgrade to your previous purchase, in the following options:
– EXTENSION of the package (Salsa Pass to VIP Pass, Party Pass to Cuban Pass, etc.)
– EXCHANGE of the package, like Salsa Pass to Cuban Pass, Cuban Pass to Sensual Pass, etc.)In order to proceed with the exchange you need to notify that to the organizer and make a surcharge which is the current difference of the prices between the two passes, according to the festival’s pricing table. The payment should be paid to the organizer’s bank account.
In case of a change to a cheaper pass there are no refunds of the difference between prices.• An upgraded pass is not subject to 14-days return policy.
• A reduction of the purchased festival offer is treated as a return and is subject to 14-days return policy.

- It is obligatory to bring your PERSONAL ETICKET and ID confirming the data on the ticket to enter the event.
Wearing festival wristband during the whole event is OBLIGATORY. - You are entitled to one wristband during the whole weekend of the festival. We exchange wristbands only if they get distroyed for some singular reasons. In such case you need to bring your destroyed wristband to the registration desk to exchange it for the new one.
- Please pay attention while putting on the wristband, if the grip is comfortable for you.
- Please note that during event filming and photographing will take place. By purchasing the ticket you give consent to the use of your image.
- Passes for 15th EL SOL WARSAW SALSA FESTIVAL won in any kind of contest or received for FREE are not returnable, they cannot be transferred to another event or edition or exchanged for cash. We admit upgrades of such passes according to the general terms & conditions. If the winner of a contest already has a pass for this edition, the won pass may be transferred to another owner no later than 7 days after the official results of the contest. In other cases transfering the pass is impossible.
- Passes sold in SPECIAL OFFERS may be subject to separate rules of return, resale and exchange, detailed in terms & conditions of each offer.
- You can cancel your reservation done on www.salsafestival.pl via our registration system within 14 days from the purchase, but not later than on November 3, 2019. Cancellation should be notified to hotels@salsafestival.pl
- The refund will be sent to the buyers account within 14 days from the refund request, in amount and currency of the purchase transaction according to the confirmation received from Dotpay Settlement Center after the purchase.
- Changing the name on the reservation should be notified not later than on November 3, 2019 to hotels@salsafestival.pl
- Rooms booked directly at hotels, without using the registration form on www.salsafestival.pl are subject to separate terms & conditions of changes and return, set by each hotel. Direct contact with the hotel is required in such cases.
