To find your way in Warsaw using public transport, you can:
use Google Maps – they show public transport in Warsaw, available on mobile phone and a computer. Just pick a place and select public transport as means of transport
use jakdojade.pl website (http://warszawa.jakdojade.pl/?locale=en available on mobile phone and a computer) or get “jakdojade” application from iTunes, Google Play Store or Windows Phone. You can enter stop name or address.
Weekend ticket: valid from 7pm on Friday till 8am on Monday (which covers most of the festival), price: 24 PLN regular, 12 PLN discount (students, etc.)
Weekend ticket for groups up to 5 people: also valid from 7pm on Friday till 8am on Monday, price: 40PLN for a total group of 5. Users of this ticket must travel together, of course.

TRANSFER FROM MODLIN AIRPORT (Ryanair)
http://en.modlinairport.pl/passenger/access/koleje-mazowieckie-trains.html – bus from Modlin airport to Modlin train station + train to Warsaw Chopin Airport (from there bus 175 to the bus stop called 17 Stycznia). Ask for “Lotniskowy” ticket (about 20 PLN). Also valid for extra 60-minutes in Warsaw public transport. Please remember to write on it the time (hour and minute) you enter tram, bus or subway to validate it.
